We managed the full replacement of hallway carpet in a 20-storey condominium, upgrading from builder-grade materials to durable, stain-resistant flooring designed for heavy foot traffic. Parking Garage Membrane Replacement

We managed the complete replacement of a multi-level parking garage membrane, balancing technical oversight and building access. With phased scheduling, quality control, and coordination with engineers for inspections, we ensured proper waterproofing while keeping residents informed and operations functional throughout construction.

10 Kitchen Stack Drain Modifications

We corrected faulty drainage in a high-rise by managing the modification of 10 kitchen stacks. Working with engineers and plumbing contractors, we ensured the new drain lines met design and plumbing code requirements.
